Welcome to our Wicked Cozy Cabin. Located in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains in Lansing, North Carolina. Each corner of our cabin reflects the cozy warmth of Maine. Featuring Eastern white pine construction, charming decor, and thoughtful essentials, you'll discover elements of our beloved home state intricately woven into every detail. Whether you're seeking adventure, a peaceful retreat, or a chance to recharge in nature, we invite you to enjoy the tranquility and comfort of our cabin -complete with breathtaking views of the spring-fed pond, rolling hills, open pastures, and grazing highland cattle.

Meet your Hosts

We're Keith and Abbie! Originally from Northern Maine, our journey took us to the coast of North Carolina where Keith proudly served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. After years of military life, our family of four traded salt water for the rolling hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Our lives have always centered around family, hard work, and appreciating the simple things. You'll often find us tending to the farm, enjoying the outdoors, or cheering on our children from the sidelines. We love small-town living, the importance of community, and lending a helping hand whenever we can.

After years of dreaming of a place to put down our roots, Drifter Ridge became our little slice of heaven. Wicked Cozy Cabin was created so we could share the tranquility and happiness we've found here with others.

You're on vacation. We don't expect any of the following when you check out, but if you would kindly consider- We would appreciate it!

Please ensure all windows and doors are locked.

Log out of any streaming services you used during your stay.

Strip the bedding.

Leave dirty towels in the bathroom.

Place trash in the trash bin behind the cabin. Secure cover.

Leave us a note in the guest book!

Don't forget your belongings. Drive Safe! We will handle the rest.

Fire extingisher is located under the kitchen sink.

Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors installed.

All guests are required to review and agree to these terms prior to their stay at the Wicked Cozy Cabin.

Minimum of 2-night stay.

Maximum of 7-night stay.

50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the original

payment method seven (7) days prior to check-in.

Guests who cancel at least seven (7) days before their scheduled arrival are Eligible for a refund of 50% of payments already collected.

Cancellations made six (6) days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.

Reservations are confirmed upon acceptance of the rental agreement and successful processing of the required payment.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, unused nights, or changes made after check-in.

In the event of severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the guest's control.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to hosts.

All guests are required to review and agree to these terms prior to their stay at the Wicked Cozy Cabin.

No Smoking- Smoking and Vaping are not permitted inside the cabin. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in designated outdoor containers.
- Additional fees for sanitization will apply for any smell or debris resulting from these activities.

Quiet Hours- Please observe quiet hours between 10:00pm - 7:00am

Damages- We understand accidents happen! Just let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.

No Firearms- For the safety of all guests, neighbors, and livestock, the discharge of firearms is not permitted anywhere on the property at any time.

No Parties- Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted.

Pets- While we love animals, pets are not permitted at the cabin. The Wicked Cozy Cabin is on a working farm with livestock.

This policy keeps everyone safe.

Guests- Max Guests 6 people

Septic and Plumbing- The cabin is on a septic system. Flush ONLY toilet paper. Do NOT flush hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, or tissues.

Please dispose of any food, grease, coffee grounds, or any solid items in trash.

Fires- Fires are welcome in the fire pit but must be monitored at all times. Fire must be extinguished at the end of the night.

Must comply with statewide burn bans.

Candles or Fireworks are not permitted on the property.

Primary renter must be 21 years old.

No swimming in the pond.

Camera Disclosure- Exterior security camera overlooking the driveway is recording audio and visual at all times.

Livestock- Please observe and enjoy our Highland Cattle from outside the pastures. Entry into the pastures is NOT permitted.

Children must be supervised at all times. You are more than welcome to take photos of the Highlands from outside the pastures.
